How the trips are planned, where the prices come from and how to book.
Tripsntix finds big football matches, Christmas markets and concerts across Europe, the UK and South America, then lines up the travel from wherever you live: flights from your nearest airport, or trains from your nearest station in Britain, on the right dates, with hotels and official tickets a tap away.
The further you fly, the longer the trip. A short flight runs from the day before the event to the day after, so you're never rushing for kick-off or the encore. A flight of a few hours adds a night, and long haul gives you five nights so the flight is worth it. Christmas market trips run Friday to Sunday, with extra nights from further away. Train trips in Britain go on the day and come home the next morning.
Flight prices are the cheapest fares other travellers found on Aviasales in the last 48 hours, so book soon if one looks good. Concert prices come from Ticketmaster. Football prices are each club's own published prices for its cheapest seats or standing. Train fares open on Trainline or Eurostar, which show the cheapest fares for your dates.
From the home club's official ticket shop. Every football trip on Tripsntix links there, never to a resale site. Clubs can cancel tickets bought from unofficial resellers and refuse entry at the gate. For the biggest games, members usually get first pick, so general sale can be limited.
From anywhere in Britain, yes. UK concerts, Christmas markets and football come with a train from your nearest station. Eurostar from London St Pancras reaches Paris in about 2h20, Brussels in about 2h and Amsterdam in about 4h, and Cologne, Antwerp and Bruges are one change away. Tap Train on any trip to see the journey.
Yes, that's what Combos are for: a match and a concert, a concert and a Christmas market, or two games in nearby cities. A combo only appears if you can actually do both. The events are on different days, or there's time to finish one and travel to the next. A match blocks out 45 minutes before kick-off to two hours after, and a concert the whole evening.
Any airport with scheduled flights, anywhere in the world: type your city or the airport code. Big cities like London, New York and Paris also have an any-airport option. In Britain you can go by train instead, from 38 main stations. The site picks the nearest ones from your rough location, prices fares in your own currency, and you can change your airport at any time.
Yes, for anyone travelling in from outside England: from Scotland, Wales, Ireland, the rest of Europe or further. Tickets come from each club's own site, where members usually get first pick, so check the club's ticket page before you book a flight. The League of Ireland is on here too.
No, it's free. Tripsntix links you to airlines, booking sites and official ticket sellers. Some of those links earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you, which keeps the site running.
